The ALIVE philosophy is centered around personalized fitness, thus our classes are unlike anything else in Calgary. Small group training provides a more intimate training environment that ensures proper form and is proven to be far more results driven and motivational.

Class Descriptions

"Body Blast" - Instructor: Kate Zia
Take advantage of your lunch break and feast on fitness! Kate Zia will take you through a full body workout that will sneak in your daily fitness and leave you time to get back to work refreshed and invigorated!

"Hard CORE" - Kate Zia
Hard CORE takes the traditional bootcamp-style class to the next level. Kate Zia will push you beyond your limits using strength and conditioning techniques, while pumping up your heartbeat to the max!

“TRX” - Damir Mulalic
Damir leads this class which is a mixture of TRX suspension training, abs, cardio, body weight & sometimes kettlebell. Please eat 2 hours prior to attending this class. This class requires pre-registration as it is ALIVE's most popular class.

"ALIVE and Kicking" - ALIVE and Kicking! Kickboxing, abs and core with Kendra.

"CUTT" - Damir Mulalic
Originally called Chiseled Upper-body Tummy & Tush, Damir has taken this class over & modified into something more like Cruel & Unusual, Torture Training. Meant to target the entire body, this circuit class is a great way to start your Friday. 

"Kick It" - Damir Mulalic
Kick start your weekend with this kickboxing class that is sure to make you sweat! A wide variety of combinations that will work your entire body and send your calorie burn through the roof! All skill levels are welcome.

"Bootcamp" - Ben Spooner
Burn up to 1000 calories in this high intensity cardio class that keeps the body moving for a full 60 minutes and your heart racing!

"ABSolute" - Damir Mulalic
Spend 30 minutes in the gut wrenching stomach blast that will have you holding your abdominals all weekend.
